All the newspapers publish the news of the escape. However, the prisoners are hiding in a hole in the roof of the prison itself, and every night, they dig a tunnel in order to break through the walls and escape for real.

For 52 days, they will face hunger, illnesses, detachments and all kinds of obstacles in search of freedom. While so many outside, their families are unaware of what is happening and try to discover the truth, the ETA leadership tries to control the two members involved in the escape, and the prison director tries to find a way to ensure that the escape does not harm his career.
